Welcome to AG Sports Therapy, Massage & Rehab Ltd.

Our expert team of sports therapists and massage therapists are dedicated to helping you recover, prevent injuries, and enhance your athletic abilities. With locations in Redditch and Bromsgrove, we offer personalized treatments including injury assessment and therapy, sports and therapeutic massage, acupuncture, dry cupping, taping and strapping, and holistic treatments like lymphatic drainage and Indian Head massage.

Our personalized treatment plans cater to each individual's unique needs, whether you're recovering from an injury, aiming to enhance athletic performance, or seeking pain relief. We collaborate closely with coaches and trainers from Athena Perform and Peerless Performance to provide a comprehensive solution that includes treatment, prevention, education, and performance optimization. Our Story

AG Sports Therapy, Massage & Rehab Ltd was founded in 2015 by Amanda, who began her journey as a lecturer in Sports Therapy while also working with various sports teams, ranging from semi-professional rugby clubs to national league hockey teams. Alongside these roles, Amanda operated as a mobile Sports Therapist, serving clients throughout Worcestershire and its surrounding areas.

In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Amanda adapted to the changing circumstances and regulations, offering essential medical treatments from a clinic in Astwood Bank. She continued to support her clients throughout the pandemic, balancing her clinical work with remote lecturing. This chapter continued until November 2021, when Amanda welcomed the birth of her son, Harry.

As her practice grew, Dan Allen, co-owner of Athena Performance and one of Amanda's long-standing clients, presented her with an exciting opportunity—a dedicated clinic space within his new gym in Redditch. Embracing this new venture, Amanda opened her first clinic at Athena Performance in May 2022, alongside Dan Allen and Rich Bennett.

Following a successful year, AG Sports Therapy expanded in 2023 with the opening of a second clinic at Peerless Performance, in partnership with Paul Dunn. To further strengthen the team, Amanda welcomed Georgia Armond, a University of Worcester Sports Therapy graduate.

Throughout its growth, AG Sports Therapy, Massage & Rehab has remained committed to treating each client with personalized care and empathy, with a singular focus on helping individuals recover and return to full fitness.
