Amanda
Owner & Senior Sports Therapist
Amanda graduated from the University of Gloucestershire in 2014 with a degree in Sports Therapy. Since then, she has completed advanced courses in dry needling, medical and therapeutic acupuncture, spinal manipulations, and more. Over the first 8 years of her career, she worked in clinics, with sports teams, and lectured on sports therapy, covering topics like massage, injury rehabilitation, prevention, and biomechanics.
After lockdown and the birth of her child, Amanda reopened her clinic at @athena.perform and later expanded with a second clinic at @peerlessperformance_. She specializes in treating complex shoulder and knee injuries, enjoys dry needling, and creates personalized rehab programs to help clients return to their sport, understanding the unique needs of each individual.

Isabelle Monk
Clinic Manager & Therapist
I'm a level 3 Sports Massage Therapist with a background in professional dance and choreography. My journey into sports therapy began through my own experiences receiving treatment throughout my career in musical theatre. Having trained and performed professionally until the Covid pandemic, I later transitioned into choreography with one of my pieces going on to win the World Cup. That shift opened the door to a new passion of helping others through sports therapy. I love knowing the impact I can make, whether it's enhancing someone's athletic performance or simply making their day-to-ay life more comfortable and pain-free.
