- Injury Assessment & Diagnosis
Injury assessment, diagnosis and treatment. Comprehensive sports therapy treatment to get you back to peak performance. This will include all modalities plus rehabilitation programme if necessary. - Sports Massage
Choose from 30 to 90-minute sessions, with optional add-ons like dry cupping and Indian head massage for enhanced relaxation and recovery. - Acupuncture
We offer acupuncture as part of a massage combo or as a standalone treatment for targeted relief. - Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Designed to boost circulation and reduce swelling, this treatment is available for up to 3 areas or as a full-body massage. - Therapeutic Treatments
Full-body massage, combined massage and Indian head treatments, or standalone Indian head massage for ultimate relaxation.
